Shipping and Ordering Info

We currently ship to the USA. Our prices and check-outs currently only reflect items shipped to USA adresses. We no longer ship internationally due to customs paperwork and freight costs. If you live in Canada we will be happy to quote you shipping costs for your retail purchase. cascadeacres@kingdomofhorses.com

All items purchaced on our web site will be shipped out to you within 2 business days of cleared payment. We only accept PayPal and credit cards (via PayPal - very secure) at this time due to the current money order and cashiers check fraud scams that seem to be all over the internet.

Large orders are shipped via UPS. Smaller orders are sent out via USPS. All shipments over 4oz. have tracking numbers.

Our return policy

Return policy is as follows: Contact us (via email) within 3 days after receiving your item to file a return. You will receive a return conformation number from us after your return file has been approved. You are responsible for return shipping costs. NO item will be accepted without a return conformation number. All items must be returned in an UN-USED condition. You will receive a refund via PayPal for the cost of the item minus (-) original shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking charge.
